Prior to joining Sensible Financial® in 2012, Frank worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. He advises clients on a wide variety of issues, including asset and risk management, estate planning and retirement income planning. A collaborative professional, he works closely with attorneys and tax accountants to help clients fully execute their financial plans.

Frank has a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. in Business and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law. Committed to bringing an academically rigorous approach to his clients’ issues, he is both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant and a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder. Frank is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA), and the National Association of Divorce Professionals.

In addition to his work at Sensible Financial, Frank enjoys classical music (he is a classically trained singer), travel (he has lived and studied abroad in Europe), and tennis. Frank is an occasional bird brain who volunteers at Free Flight, a non-profit exotic bird sanctuary in Del Mar, California.

Frank lives in San Diego, CA.
