Executive Assistant
Erica Sibley has been Sensible Financial’s Executive Assistant since the beginning of 2019. She works closely with Rick Miller, scheduling meetings, interacting with clients, setting up travel, and performing other crucial administrative duties. Her 10+ years of experience in the Executive Assistant role, most recently at Bain & Company, and her degree from Northeastern University enable her to navigate the complex financial services industry. With husband Ryan and daughter Juliette in tow, Erica spends weekends on Cape Cod and a couple nights a week having dinner with her parents.
Her favorite part about working for Sensible Financial is the tightknit atmosphere and camaraderie within the Sensible team and with the clients they serve. The team appreciates her organizational skills, her positive attitude, and her role as the keeper of office morale. Erica’s thoughtful planning of holiday parties, ice cream socials, and socially distant open-air team breakfasts helps bring and keep the team together. A tried-and-true Disney fan, Erica appreciates that her flexible work schedule allows her to raise her child and take time to catch some animated classics like The Little Mermaid and Coco.
