Operations Associate
Liz Killion joins the Sensible Financial team as an Operations Associate. She works closely with Chuck Luce and the rest of the operations team and is happy to be a part of the firm. The stability of the environment, the friendliness of the team, and the size of the firm drew Liz to Sensible.
She comes to Sensible with a depth of background in the mortgage industry. After attaining a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Studies from Boston College, Liz held several professional administrative and financial roles at local institutions. She is tech savvy with a client-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills. In her prior career, Liz thoroughly enjoyed helping families realize their dreams of home ownership. Now she finds joy in helping Sensible clients achieve their personal financial goals.
When she’s not working in operations, Liz serves on the board of directors of SMOC (South Middlesex Opportunity Council), a position she has held since 2018. SMOC is a non-profit which provides housing, fuel assistance, mental health services, addiction counseling, and community outreach to help people remain self-sufficient.
She lives in the suburbs of Boston with her family. In her free time, Liz loves to do arts and crafts, cook, play outside with her toddler, and read. Although family life keeps her busy, she has a goal to read 15 fun books this year.
