The National Association of Divorce Professionals (NADP) has invited Senior Financial Advisor Frank Napolitano and Founder and CEO Rick Miller to speak at its 2020 national conference. Their talk, The Lifetime Balance Sheet: A Holistic Approach to Better Settlement Agreements, will explore the application of family economics to divorce negotiations. Specifically, they’ll show how incorporating a household’s lifetime resources and liabilities can improve settlement outcomes for divorcing couples and their families. This will be Frank and Rick’s second presentation at an NADP conference.

The NADP brings together professionals from a range of fields, including law, finance, insurance and mental health, to foster divorce-centered education and comprehensive professional development. Its mission is to “make a positive impact on the divorce process one professional at a time.” The upcoming conference will allow divorce professionals to access the latest thinking in a multitude of fields.

Frank is a founding member of the NADP’s San Diego chapter. He heads up the firm’s divorce planning program, which aims to provide individuals going through divorce with high-quality financial advice. While divorce is never pleasant, Sensible Financial believes that a thoughtful, academically rigorous approach can lead to better, more sustainable outcomes.
