We seek to hire an Associate Financial Advisor. These professionals support senior staff with direct client support, client meeting documentation and follow-up and data management and analysis, developing the skills necessary to progress along the advisory career track.
Primary responsibilities:
- Taking notes during client meetings, finalizing documents, and following up on action items
- Obtaining, organizing and managing information from clients and other relevant sources
- Verifying and analyzing data and information
- Financial planning and investment modeling
- Financial plan and presentation development
- Support Advisors / Senior Advisors in responding to client questions and facilitating client
onboarding

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with a major (or minimally, a minor) in mathematics, economics, finance or a quantitative science; exemplary skills in mathematics; collegial relationships with team members; articulate communications with team members, clients and others; and the highest level of attention to detail, personal integrity, and commitment to excellence. 1-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry and current pursuit of either the CFP or CFA designation are strong pluses.
