A good number of Sensible Financial clients live in states other than Massachusetts (please see Where We Practice), and a large fraction of these have never met us in person. Many people have had very positive experiences with long distance vendors such as Lands End and Amazon, and have become comfortable with doing business remotely – we certainly have. We communicate very well by telephone, email, the Internet, and regular mail, and we believe that our out-of-state and out-of-region clients are just as satisfied with our service as our local clients. Incidentally, many of our local clients visit our office rarely if ever once they establish a relationship with us – they find that other communication methods are more convenient for them.
